How Police Rescued Children From Expressway Accident

Two children were rescued on the expressway by the Lagos State Police Command.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that the operatives of the Lagos Police Command rescued two underage children from the expressway.

Men of the patrol team found the two children around Marina when they were about to be run over by speeding vehicles.

According to the police, the two boys, Chidara, 5 years and Shonton Chukwu, 3 years disclosed that their mother boarded a car and left them.

“The team took the children to Adeniji -Adele Police  Division for them to be re -united with their parents,” said Benjamin Hundeyin, PPRO.

In another development, the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) filed drug trafficking charges against a teenager, Abdullahi Aliyu, before the Federal High Court in Lagos.

According to reports, Aliyu, 19, was said to have been allegedly caught in possession of 1.2kg of Tramadol, 32g of Rophynol, and 2kg of Diazepam.
