Court Sets Aside Temporary Forfeiture Of Ekweremadu’s Assets

In a ruling by the presiding judge, Inyang Ekwo held that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) concealed facts when it applied for an interim forfeiture of the assets.
