EKO HOT BLOG reports that Arsenal legend, Ian Wright has warned Manchester United they will get ‘absolutely hammered’ by Liverpool in their next Premier League game if they play as they did in their 3-2 victory over bottom-placed Norwich City on Saturday.
Cristiano Ronaldo scored a hat-trick to help Manchester United survive Norwich City on Saturday at Old Trafford.
The Portuguese scored twice inside 32 minutes but the side allowed Kieran Dowell and Teemu Pukki to equalise for the visitors.
The legendary Ronaldo saved the Red Devils with a brilliant free-kick with 15 minutes remaining.
However, Wright, whose former club Arsenal was also on the losing side, said the performance does not bode well for Ralf Rangnick’s side ahead of Tuesday night’s trip to Anfield.
“We’re talking about a team at the bottom of the league [Norwich] who gave United two goals today, literally,” he told Premier League Productions.
