EKO HOT BLOG reports that a National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member has been hospitalized after his head was smashed during the Osun State governorship election.

The corps member was attached to the Atakumosa West Local Government Area of the state.

Due to the development, the collation officer for Atakunmosa West LGA, Adeola Oluigbe has announced that the result of the polling unit where the incident happened was cancelled.

This online media platform learnt that the victim was the presiding officer at the polling unit.
