Position: Receptionist/HR Assistant – Osogbo
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with basic Human Resource functions and provide support when needed.
- Perform data entry and clerical tasks as required.
- Aid in daily operational activities, ensuring smooth office functions.
- Communicate effectively with staff and visitors, maintaining a professional demeanor both in person and over the phone.
- Manage multiple priorities and handle frequent interruptions effectively.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least one year of general office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications.
- Experience in scheduling appointments.
- Reliable attendance and dependability.
- Ability to answer and direct incoming calls, addressing caller inquiries professionally.
- Greet and assist on-site visitors, delivering excellent customer service to all.
