Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Summary
- To plan and carry out direct marketing and sales of all company products and services.
Responsibilities
- Ensure new sales are made as per given monthly, quarterly and yearly target.
- Generate new leads for all company’s products and services.
- Engage the leads generated regularly.
- Convert the leads to loyal customers.
- Organize and accompany prospects and/or existing clients’ on-site inspections where necessary.
- Ensure proper management of client’s Business and relationship with company.
- Carry out all other sales team and individual activities/duties as may be assigned by Manager, Sales & Marketing.
Requirements
- A minimum of B.Sc/HND in related fields.
- Proven experience in Sales of Real Estate is an added advantage
- At least, two (2) years post NYSC experience in Marketing & Sales with a proven record of business development in a real estate establishment.
- Interpersonal and people skills.
- Communication skills (both written and speaking).
- Time management.
- Record history of target meeting.
- Ability to drive with valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
