Eko Hot Blog reports that Natacha Anita Akide, popularly known as Tacha and a former participant on Big Brother Naija, disclosed in the latest episode of her show, the Big Friday Show with Tacha on Cool FM Nigeria, Lagos, that she once rejected a tempting offer of $20,000 (N18 million).

The offer, she explained, was from a male fan who wanted her to share the same table with him at an event.

During the show, where Phyna was the guest, Tacha revealed the incident, saying,

  • “I went to AY’s show two years ago, and my road manager came and told me that a man said he was willing to give me $20,000 if I came to his table.
  • I didn’t accept the offer because after I go to the table, I would have to follow him home.”

Tacha’s decision to turn down the substantial offer stemmed from her apprehension about the possible expectations that could follow such an arrangement.
