Daily Trust reports that the incident involved men of the Special Tactical Squad (STS) of the Nigerian Police.

EKO HOT BLOG reports that ghe Osun Police Command on Saturday said the ban on carnivals in the state is still in force.
In a statement on Saturday by the Command’s spokesperson, SP Yemisi Opalola, warned residents of the state against organising any form of carnival in any part of the state.
