We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Sales and Customer Service Officer

Locations: Abuja, Lagos, Ibadan – Oyo and Port-Harcourt – Rivers
Employment Type: Full time

Job Summary

• The successful candidate will manage the daily operations of the automobile center, coordinating resources, and growing sales in the assigned Automobile center.
• Sound knowledge of closing sales and winning customers
• Excellent knowledge about cars and its various models
• He or she is primarily responsible for converting prospective customers to paid customers and will coordinate and serve as the main point of contact for all matters related to the Automobile Centre; ensuring all customers are treated fairly and given excellent customer service.

Essential Job Functions

• Manage the inspection of vehicles
• Manage customers’ expectations and grow profitable relationships in assigned centers
• Maintain end to end relationship with customers
• Responsible for the process of procurement of cars from customers at the Automobile center.
• Must have the ability to negotiate and close sales

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years experience in sales with excellent customer service
• HND or BSC in engineering (must have completed NYSC)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools

Job Title: Data Scientist

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Essential Job Functions

• Develop analytical frameworks that business direction and improved business outcomes
• Build models from the ground up – from data exploration to feature engineering, model development, optimization, and deployment into production to optimize key areas of our business
• Handle large amounts of data, including data mining, optimization and analytics
• Design and monitor models to improve pricing, inventory, sales, logistics and distributions as well as optimize all our products and services
• Facilitate objective decision making across the company by democratizing data through dashboards and other analytical tools
• Perform R&D for product development and innovation (through machine learning, image analysis, NLP, trend analysis)

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree.
• Deep experience with common analytical tools using R, or Python (we use Python) and SQL
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques, especially deep understanding of their benefits and drawbacks in real-world applications
• Excellent statistical intuition derived from practical, hands-on experience
• 3+ years’ work experience
