Ekohotblog reports that Bola Tinubu, National leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), on Sunday met with President Muhammadu Buhari.
On Sunday, Tinubu visited with Buhari at the Presidential Villa.

After the meeting, Tinubu told reporters that the objective of his visit was not political, but rather to welcome Buhari back from his journey to Saudi Arabia, where he performed the smaller hajj.
He also praised the President for paying him a visit following his medical operation in London, according to the former Lagos governor.
Tinubu said: “The visit was only to thank the president, first of all, for his visit to my residence in London after the surgery and wishing me well, lifting my spirit and indeed what an exceptional leader will do to collaborate.
“So that is what I came for and to welcome him back from the trip from Saudi.
“No politics involved, just a courtesy call to thank him in a big way, that’s all.”
