An unidentified electorates in Lokoja has been cut on camera displaying various Permanent Voters Cards PVC.
The unidentified man was seen at PU 005, Lokoja D in the state capital.
According to the post by Premium Times Center For Investigative Journalism on Twitter via its handle @ptcij showed that the man who was on green shirt was displaying his various PVCs as he made his way to the voting boot.
