Olive Multi-specialist Hospitals in collaboration with the Platinum Hospital India was established to improve access to advanced medical and surgical interventions. We provide a range services from surgical solutions to internal medicine solutions. Olive Multispecialist hospital also has a customized helipad, which offers a unique field to hospital helicopter rescue service. In a typical emergency a helicopter will be dispatched from a partner service and the client will be transported directly to hospital.

Job Title: Chef

Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen employees and food orders.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking process.
- Ensure kitchen is safe and always in hygienic conditions.
- Organize the inventory, storage, and distribution of food supplies.
- Monitor inventory levels and carry out weekly inventory assessment.
- Schedule work shift for kitchen employees.
- Maintain weekly and monthly reports.
- Ensure all food products are stored in compliance with health and safety standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a chef.
- Must have administrative skills and experience.
- Knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal relationship and organizational skills.
- Excellent Knowledge of cooking procedures and methods.
- Outstanding communication and problem solving skills.
