The Company was born out of necessity and packaged as a veritable intervention facilitator to assist the rapid industrialization and development of the hinterland.

Job Description
- Execute strategies to increase company sales.
- Work towards increasing company’s revenue.
- Personal ongoing development.
- Monitor customer volume to reduce level of customer turnover.
Responsibilities
- Ensures utmost utilization and update of customer data base.
- Develops on-going profitable relationships with customers and continually maintaining a professional image of the company.
- Answers customers’ questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Informs business developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
- Prepares cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
- Analyzes competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Provides information on potential/ new customers.
- Uses the full marketing mix for the company’s marketing communication.
- Supports the overall marketing objectives of ICNL both externally and internally.
- Assists in assessing and conducting market research to determine the marketing potential of new and existing business locations, available customers, and makes recommendations to the Commercial Manager.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields with 2 – 5 years work experience.
