Key Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Job Requirements
- HND / BSc holder in any field
- At least 2-3 years experience as a Customer Service Officer, Telesales Executive or any related field.
Salary
N70,000 – N90,000 monthly.
