We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties
- To entertain all enquiries concerning artisans express app.
- Helping artisans with Registration on the platform
- To assist the GM in handling all issues regarding artisans express.
- To make and record weekly report of new artisans.
- To post 3x daily on Artisans express Instagram platform.
- Records all activity of artisans express.
- Post on blogs 2x weekly.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / OND qualification.
- 2 years work experience.
Personal Qualities:
- Assertiveness
- Ability to take the initiative if needed.
- Punctuality
- Attention to details
