Job Title: General Manager

Job Description and Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, direct, coordinates, controls and supervises activities of the factory in an integrated and efficient manner.
- Optimize production process by reducing waste and production time and improving labour efficiency
- Devises methodologies to collect pertinent and up-to-date information from all sections of the factory about the quality and efficiency of operations
- Analyses data on the efficiency of the factory, using appropriate models and statistical approaches and provides timely reporting to senior management.
- manages and oversees the Information Center (Internet & Library) to provide the Executive Board with adequate information on industry standards and charges in technologies
- Conducts in-depth studies to develop new products and enhances the existing ones to meet the needs and expectations of company and customers
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least 7 years of relevant experience out of which at least 3 years are in a top management position
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll-up one’s sleeves to get the job done.
