Job Title: Head Brand Manager / Strategist
Location: Ikeja, Lagos,

Key Responsibilities / Targets (if any)
- Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Making strategic decisions and providing leadership/guidance to team members to implement those decisions
- Ensure that our work is informed by the strongest insights that drive our clients’ brand and business.
- Liaising with clients and building strong working relationships/partnerships
- Identifying trends in a bid to optimize performance based on the insights provided
- Craft organization’s differentiation strategy
- Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses
- Assess the performance of our advertising campaigns and events
- Develop brand architecture, positioning and strategy.
- Oversee and manage all ATL & BTL projects
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets.
- Ensure all brand activities are in line with the brand key vision and category strategy
- Ensure the agency continues to deliver on quality services.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Master’s Degree / B.Sc qualification with 5 – 8 years work experience.
Competences Required for the Job:
- Ability to develop insights from data that improve marketing effectiveness
- Portfolio of brand-building projects is a plus
- Creative and compelling storyteller.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Experience developing marketing strategies based on market segmentation
- In-depth knowledge of various platforms (both Online & Offline)
- Clear vision for the knowledge need of the organization’s employees and partners.
Salary
N4,000,000.00 annually.
