Job Summary
- To oversee and lead the installation business, ensuring that staff and 3rd party installers uphold service excellence standards on all projects. Perform business development functions for the business.
Requirements
- First Degree in Mechanical Engineering & (MBA) with 8-10 years working experience.
- Quantity Surveying experience or technical knowledge would be an added advantage.
- Proven Track Record of New Business Development & Leadership.
- Experience in Installation or Similar Business.
- People Leadership & Experience.
- Strategic Thinking & Planning.
- Great Communicator with Multiple Stakeholders.
- Experience with organizational performance management.
- Experience with Resource Management.
