Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy of the organization.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues as they arise.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or other related field
- A minimum of 4 – 6 years in a Human Resource supervisory role
- Professional membership ( CIMP or any relevant body)
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian labour law
