West African Vocational Education (WAVE) is a Nigeria-based social enterprise that addresses widespread youth unemployment in West Africa by training underserved but self-motivated youth with industry-relevant work skills and crucial employability skills.

With over 5,000 candidates pre-assessed and over 50% trained through WAVE Academy, the candidates are work-ready and eager for immediate hiring.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Ability to use social media
• Performing other duties as required.
• Manage everyday tasks around the environs.

Work Hours:

• 8 AM – 6 PM
• 6 days a weeks.

Qualification and Requirements

• A minimum of B.Sc
• 3 – 5 years work experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a huge advantage,
• Females only.
• Age Requirement: 28 – 38 years.

Skills and Proficiency:

• Flexibility and adaptability
• Good oral and written communication skills
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.

Salary
NGN 60,000 – 80,000 Monthly.
