We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • Recommend products based on customer needs and desires, answer questions regarding products.
  • Maintain knowledge of sales, promotions, policies, and practices.
  • Provide knowledgeable, honest, and superior customer service.
  • Provide customers with timely and accurate information as related to product specifics, pricing, deliverables and project status.
  • Consistently demonstrate professional customer service to clients.
  • Achieve target through innovative sales tactics.
  • Identify and develop business strategies to improve sales, attract customers and support existing customers.

Key Requirements

  • Target oriented
  • Minimum B.Sc Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years experience selling properties
  • Must have a wide knowledge of the Nigerian Real Estate market
  • Should be tech-savvy and able to keep up with trends that can help promote property sales
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
