Job Title: Sales Lead Manager

Responsibilities
- Conversion of leads to clients through an interactive sales process
- Follow up on leads and prospects to a logical conclusion
- Creating and developing brand awareness
- Placing calls to clients and Clients support
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
Candidate Requirements (Skills and Experience)
- Candidates should possess Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year work experience.
- Excellent sales pitch skills
- IT and Math skills
- Ambition and determination
- Ability to persuade and communicate.
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a high-stress environment
- Very good negotiation skills
- Must be a strong communicator, self-starter with great organizational skills, self-motivated with passion for financial markets.
Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 / Month
