This position is essential for providing administrative support to the Human Resource Manager, ensuring smooth HR operations across various functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate new employee onboarding, including preparation of paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
HR Records Management: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and databases, including employee information, attendance records, and performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Employee Relations: Assist in maintaining open communication channels, responding to employee inquiries, and resolving issues to promote a positive work environment.
HR Initiatives: Support HR projects such as employee engagement surveys, training and development programs, and policy updates, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the HR function.
HR Reporting: Prepare HR-related reports and documents, including organizational charts, employee handbooks, and compliance reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is required. An associate degree in the same fields is preferred.
Experience: Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience, with a background in HR or administrative support being beneficial.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software, strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a high level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
Location: Applicants must reside in Imo State and be result-oriented.
