The Iraye-Oke community in Eredo LCDA, Lagos State, on Saturday staged a health awareness walk, bringing together residents in a vibrant display of unity and commitment to healthy living.
Eko Hot Blog reports that the Baálé of Iraye-Oke, High Chief Moshood Odusegun Anwoju, who led the initiative, expressed gratitude to the people for their massive turnout and enthusiasm. He described the walk as a landmark event that strengthened the bonds of the community.

According to him, “The health awareness walk was not just about promoting healthy living; it was also about demonstrating our capacity to come together as a community and support one another in our pursuit of wellness.”
Baálé Anwoju further noted the remarkable participation of residents of all ages, from the older people to the youths and teens, saying, “Your presence and zeal were the driving forces behind the success of this initiative. I am proud to lead such a vibrant and health-conscious community.”
The Baálé called on residents to continue prioritizing health and wellness while sustaining the spirit of unity and resilience that defines Iraye-Oke.
