EKO HOT BLOG reports that sources confirmed that the body was first moved to the National Assembly Clinic for medical examination before being taken to Asokoro General Hospital. However, medical officials at the hospital declined to accept the remains due to the advanced stage of decomposition.
To prevent a health hazard, members of the Tiv community and youth leaders conveyed the body to Gbawu Village, a border town between Abuja Municipal Area Council (AMAC) and Kuje Area Council, where it was buried.

The circumstances surrounding Iwar’s death remain unclear as of press time, and authorities are yet to issue an official statement.
