Rail Project: LASG To Shut Adejobi Street, Agege

The Lagos State Government has announced that Adejobi Street, Agege will be partially closed on Tuesday, 17th March, 2020 till Thursday, 19th March, 2020 for the laying of tracks along the level crossing as part of the ongoing railway modernisation project within the axis.

The route will be closed daily from 6p.m to 6a.m the next day, advising motorists intending to ply the Adejobi axis to go through Fagba to link Toyin and Ashade Underpass to access their desired destinations.

The statement from the Lagos State Ministry of Transportation also advised all road users to comply with the traffic signals as well as obey traffic management officers to ease the traffic situation and minimise the inconvenience .

The Lagos State Government reiterated its determination to provide a seamless multi-modal transport system that will meet the transportation needs of its large population.
