1. Use Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide
You can do this by mixing 1 tablespoon of baking soda with 2 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide to make a paste. Brush your teeth thoroughly with this paste and rinse well with water.
You can also make a mouthwash with the same ration of ingredients. This is very effective in removing tooth stains and whitening teeth. It can be used daily.
2. Use Lemon, orange, or banana peels
The citric acid found in lemon, orange or banana peels can help whiten your teeth. You can gently rub the fruit peel on your teeth for about 2 minutes. Then brush your teeth and rinse your mouth well after use.
3. Use Activated charcoal
Activated charcoal also works well for the whitening of the teeth as charcoal removes pigments and stains from your teeth due to its high absorbent nature.
Some toothpaste contains activated charcoal or you can buy activated charcoal online. You can brush your teeth in small circles for 2 minutes with the contents of the activated charcoal.
