The Lagos State Government has announced significant progress on the Adiyan Water Works Phase II project, with pipe laying now 98 percent completed.
Eko Hot Blog reports that this critical water treatment plant, once finished, will produce 320,000 cubic meters of water per day, supplying over 70 million gallons to homes across the Lagos metropolis.

According to Tokunbo Wahab, the Commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources, the project is progressing smoothly and remains on track to meet its timeline. He noted that despite a few minor issues, work is being carried out with maximum efficiency.

This commitment to the project reaffirms the administration of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu’s dedication to restoring a reliable supply of potable water to Lagos residents.
