A large stomach is not only unappealing to both women and men, but it also poses many health risks, particularly if it borders a person’s organs (visceral). The majority of people are dissatisfied, but they don’t know how to improve their fitness.
You can’t deal with the problem of a large stomach without first understanding and treating the causes. Many factors contribute to this, but the most frequent include a bad diet, a lack of regular exercise, genetics, and so on.

1. Poor Diet

4. Stress
The metabolism of your body is impacted when you are under a lot of stress. When people are worried, they may overheat and collect more calories in their bodies.
