Justice Garba Who Dismissed Atiku’s Petition Against Buhari Elevated To Supreme Court
The National Judicial Council, NJC, has recommended elevation of Justice Mohammed Garba, who dismissed former Vice President Atiku Abubakar’s petition against President Muhammadu Buhari, to the Supreme Court.
