NERC Breaks Up TCN, Introduces New System Operator

Eko Hot Blog reports that the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission (NERC) has unbundled the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN) by establishing the Nigerian Independent System Operator of Nigeria Limited (NISO).
