A popular Nigerian College Provost has been confirmed dead. EKOHOTBLOG reports that the Provost of Umar Suleiman College of Education, Ghasu’a, (USCOEGA), in Yobe State, Dr. Muhammad Gishiwa, has been pronounced dead.
