Job Title: Customer Success Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with assigned customers, help them with issues, and continually delight them with a positive, customer-centric attitude. Provide proactive strategy with their assigned customer accounts
- Work with customers to ensure they are leveragingeffectively and finding value in our services
- Become an expert in communicating and educating customers on the use and benefits of our products
- Attend to customer issues in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work closely withother technical teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience and take care of any customer issues
Requirements
- First Degree in any relevant disciple
- 1-2 years of experience in customer management in a Betting Industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Good conflict resolution skills.
